10% GST is applicable for Australian customers, which is included in displayed online store prices.
Our online store accepts credit and debit card payments via PayPal, as well as Shopify's own payment system powered by Stripe.
Our shopping cart is securely hosted by Shopify and credit card and personal information entered is encrypted using the highest available security Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Returns and Refund/Exchange
If you simply change your change your mind about a product, Langsom is unable to offer a return or exchange. We take great effort to accurately describe each product including product images and dimensions. As such, all sales are final unless eligible for refund/exchange below.
In the rare event that your products are defective or damaged, we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange for a replacement or alternative. Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon receiving whilst in the presence of the courier before signing for the delivery to ensure it has arrived undamaged, particularly for fragile ceramic, grooming or glassware items. Any insurance claim is void after goods have been signed for.
If any items have arrived damaged please retain all packaging, document the damage where possible with photos, and contact us immediately at info@langsom.com.au and we’ll arrange return of the goods. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your payment method within a certain amount of days.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
